Delivery Information

Within Sydney metro:

All products sent within Sydney Metro are delivered by a Courier service. We use professional flowers couriers and have a couple of different service providers.

Interstate Orders:

All interstate orders are executed by fully qualified florists. We are members of a couple of different professional relay companies who will execute your order on our behalf. In order to provide the best service we do request that you provide us with as much information about the recipient’s address as possible.

International Orders:

Delivery Times:

All Sydney Metro orders can be executed same day if order has been placed by 1pm. We will contact you, if for any reason, your order can’t be processed. We can provide a Morning deliver to most Sydney Metro areas if order has been placed the day prior (or before) day of delivery. Specific delivery times can be requested however Plumbago flowers can’t guarantee this as we rely on external delivery service company.

Flower substitution:

Plumbago flowers reserves the right to substitute any flower content due to seasonality. If you require a specific colour or variety please make a note in special instructions. If your request can not be met Plumbago flowers will contact direct to discuss your options.
