When do Plumbago flowers deliver?

Plumbago flowers deliver Monday- Friday from 9am - 6pm, Saturday deliveries are picked up in morning, therefore no Morning deliveries can be promised.

When is the latest I can place an order for same day delivery?

All orders need to be placed by 1pm to guarantee same day delivery. 

Can I send an order on a public holiday?

Plumbago flowers is closed on Public holidays therefore no delivery`s will be executed.

What suburbs does Plumbago flowers deliver to?

Plumbago flowers delivers thought out Sydney metropolitan areas, but we also provide the service of arranging your delivery to other areas within NSW, Australia and also overseas.

Is there a delivery charge?

Plumbago flowers offers complimentary local delivery to all our web users. In other areas, delivery prices vary in accordance to distance, please click on link to find your delivery area price. 

Can I change the delivery day?

Once your order has been processed and an invoice generated you will not be able to change the delivery day online. To discuss special circumstances you can contact the store. Depending on the amount of notice a different delivery day may be organised.

Is there a minimum order?

A minimum order of $60.00 is required plus delivery charges.

How does Plumbago flowers manage perishable items during the delivery process?

All orders are sent from the shop within a 3 hour period, depending on location. All our bouquets are `wet wrapped` to ensure flowers are kept moist and all arrangements are topped up with water before they leave the shop. See care instructions on card message slip for continuing care of flowers once delivered.

What if I am not home to accept the delivery?

Before you complete your shopping order online there is a section for special delivery instructions should recipient not be home to accept the delivery. Please fill in this section. If there are no delivery instructions your order will be left outside your front door or a suitable place out of sun. Plumbago flowers will take no responsibility for missing or damaged items. Should we feel there is no appropriate place to leave your order Plumbago flowers courier will take it back to the store where you can either pick it up personally or we will re deliver at a cost. Two additional delivery charges will be applicable in this case, First cost is the return to shop charge, second will be re delivery fee. Please note that it is important to provide us with as much information about the recipients address as possible including contact phone numbers.

What if I live in a security building and will not be home?

Please notify your concierge of your order so that it can be accepted on your behalf. Alternatively if a neighbour is home they can also accept the delivery at your request.

How can I relay special requests?

Please contact the store directly.

What if something I ordered is not available on the day?

As flowers are seasonal we will try to execute the order as close as request, however Plumbago flower reserves the right to substitute where appropriate. 

What if I find that there is an item missing?

Please check your invoice to see if the product was out of stock and if a refund has been issued accordingly. If an item is out of stock we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount. For any discrepancies please contact the store.

Can I return a product?

Plumbago flowers guarantees to deliver high quality, market fresh Flowers direct to your door and in the event you are dissatisfied with any perishable item, we will gladly discuss with you any queries you may have. Please contact our friendly staff on 02 9958 4556.

Are all transactions on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only?

Yes! all transactions processed on this site by Plumbago flowers are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

What are the available forms of payment?

You can pay for your online order with your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and Amex. Credit card payments are processed through the eWAY. If you have a corporate account with us you can charge your purchase to your account, full contact details must be supplied.

How do I set up a Corporate account with Plumbago flowers?

It a simple 3 step process, please download account application form. Fill out all the account details and then, Email accounts@plumbago.com.au or Fax 02 8569 1058 your form to us. We will contact you via email to confirm your account status.

Are my credit card details safe?

Plumbago flowers uses eWAY as the third party gateway to process all customer transactions. eWAY is level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant. By being fully approved under the highest level of compliance you can be assured that your details remain secure throughout your online purchase.
