The plum Tree... January 2008

So it’s 2008, this year Plumbago Flowers has it’s 4th birthday in April and to celebrate we are offering all our loyal customers the opportunity to win a full day of pampering with a friend... Stay tuned for the details in our next newsletter.

2007 was an amazing year, we doubled our staff and increased our wedding portfolio by 109 weddings....yes that right Shelly and Briohney combined created flowers for 109 weddings. Well as you all saw Briohney had a busy year not only did she become a wife but also a mother, giving birth to her first child, Taylor Jason Anderson. For all those in love, St Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, the 14th of February to be exact. Check out our menu and order the works.

Introducing new staff

Sally
A graduate from Pearson’s School of Floristry, Sally is a bubbly member of staff whose passion for flowers is intoxicating.  From the Northern Beaches, she loves Plumbago’s natural organic look and has flourished in perfecting our style.

Stephanie
In true small world fashion, Steph and Shelly were old school mates who until last year had no idea they were in the same profession. Steph will always be seen with a broom in her hand, loves cleaning up after us messy ones, and can put together beautiful inspiring bouquets.

Debbie
Debbie is an Eastern suburbs chick, and it took some arm-twisting to get her to cross over the bridge, but now she loves her day in Willoughby. With many years experience in floristry, Deb is a greatly valued member of staff. Her knowledge and creativity will blow you away.

Emily
In 2007 Emily became our part time junior, now is 2008 she is our full time junior and will be studying Floristry at TAFE. Just quietly, we think she might be able to teach the staff a thing or two!!
