Ranunculus

The name Ranunculus is Latin for "little frog," This probably refers to many species being found near water, like frogs. They most often come in multiple layers of delicate, crepe paper-thin petals, looking like an origami masterwork. A bouquet of Ranunculus in mixed colours make a beautiful spring bunch alternatively they look fantastic mixed with other seasonal flowers such as anemone, freesia, tulips and sweet peas.
